During my time partaking in culinary adventures over the years I have had the opportunity to work in some of the best foodie spots. My journey starts from Hawaii to Southern California. My studies were completed in Southern California where I then worked with many talented Chefs. After the six years time I spent in California I was off to the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.
Having completed a three year term the time had come for the next adventure to begin. Hello Nova Scotia, Canada!
